Responsibilities

Collect and analyze platform-related product requirements proposed by rights holders, define and build industry-wide standard product solutions and collaborate with the product team to drive the design and operation of new solutions

Develop and implement systematic product training programs for global regional operation teams

Participate in the formulation of global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and lead the execution of localization initiatives

Monitor core product performance metrics and drive the implementation of data-informed product optimization solutions

Serve as the key liaison for capability alignment between product, R&D and regional operations teams, coordinating cross-functional collaboration to deliver tangible results

Required

3+ years of product operations experience in content platforms or the pan-entertainment industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, with the capability to independently draft Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD)
