Responsibilities
Partnering with Sales leaders to set GTM strategies, territory design, sales targets and quotas by territory
Providing key insights, reporting and analysis of key metrics and business performance to drive data-supported decisions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive operational excellence
Partnering across teams to implement and leverage sales enabling platforms/tools and monitoring the sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
Leveraging Salesforce for analytics on deal commitments and pipeline, and post-sale reporting of bookings data and performance
Working with cross-functional teams to drive process and system improvements to the global support model
Qualification
Required
Have a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in sales operations and business analytics
Have proficiency with Saleforce.com, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, BI/Tableau
Have analytical skills with ability to provide data-backed analysis and solid communication and interpersonal skills
Be a self-starter with the ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, deadline driven, environment
Have prior experience in the high-tech industry
