Responsibilities

Research and identify high-fit B2B prospects across SaaS, AI, fintech, logistics, manufacturing, and related industries
Engage CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth, and Demand Gen leaders through outbound outreach
Own outbound execution across LinkedIn, email, video, and follow-ups
Write concise, personalized messages that speak to real business problems
Record short, one-to-one video messages to stand out in crowded inboxes
Use basic search visibility signals to find relevant angles for outreach
Conduct initial discovery or screening calls when needed
Book qualified intro calls and hand warm leads to senior leadership
Track outreach activity, responses, and meetings booked
Share learnings, patterns, and wins with the team to refine messaging and strategy

Qualification

Required

1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, lead generation, or business development
Comfort engaging senior marketing decision-makers
Strong writing skills for short-form outreach
Confident recording short videos without overthinking or aiming for perfection
Clear, direct communicator who can explain value quickly
Organized and reliable in a fully remote environment
Comfortable working with KPIs and performance-based goals
Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Loom, or similar

Preferred

Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, or agency environments
Basic familiarity with SEO, PPC, or search marketing concepts
