Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Influence decision-making and build alignment across cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial goals
Negotiation & Issue Resolution: Lead negotiations and resolve complex account discrepancies with internal stakeholders and external clients to maintain financial integrity
Account Review & Oversight: Conduct periodic strategic reviews of customer accounts, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with internal standards
Reconciliation & Invoicing: Oversee invoice and payment reconciliation processes, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and adherence to best practices
Process Optimization: Analyze, redesign, and optimize account structures to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance customer experience
Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, implement best practices, and leverage technology/automation tools to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales, finance, operations, service, customer service) and external stakeholders to deliver seamless account management and dispute resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in account reconciliation or financial operations
3+ years in a manager role with proven ability to influence and negotiate at multiple levels
Proficiency in ERP systems and reconciliation tools
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
