Responsibilities

Lead meetings with key customer stakeholders to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies
Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers while maintaining account hygiene
Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals
Analyze campaign data to ensure performance is accurately tracked, and deliver measurable results aligned with customer objectives
Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identify and cultivate qualified upsell opportunities, and drive future customer growth and pipeline building

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role

Preferred

2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies
Experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record of influencing business leaders
Excellent problem-solving, ability and project management skills
Excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented attitude that makes for an outstanding team player
