Responsibilities

Support our Hatfield office practice onsite, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Serves as the face of our medical group
Plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side
Multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting

Qualification

Customer serviceMedical terminologyInsurance familiarityReception experienceBilingual Spanish/English

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting

Preferred

Familiarity with insurance payers
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
Bilingual Spanish/English
