Responsibilities
First point of contact for new prospective client engagements; determines if prospect would be a good fit for the firm, and if so, schedules a meeting with advisor
Re-engage prospects who have dropped off; responsible for adding first appointments to Advisor calendar
Speak with confidence about the firm’s mission, philosophy, and the services we provide
Understand the target client and their overall concerns regarding retirement including market volatility, inflation, required minimum distributions, etc
Plan, execute and attend dinner seminars, including mailer content and logistics, attendee management, CRM entry and follow up, and public speaking role
Plan, execute and attend various client events throughout the year including handling invitation design, venue communications, vendor relationships, RSVP tracking, décor planning, and facility layout
Assist Marketing Director with Annual Marketing Calendar; Assist Wheelhouse Team with a variety of marketing or administrative tasks
Work with the advising team to produce monthly emails to be sent to clients
Assist in creating, recording, and editing videos as needed for the firm and for Youtube
Maintain content and videos for office foyers
Create and execute campaigns utilizing physical mail for our DRIP list
Manage various prospect funnels, including monitoring, data entry, and lead follow-up
Communicate with local TV station for weekly TV show airing information
Data entry of new prospective clients into CRM
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an event planning, customer service, or sales role
Basic understanding of the financial industry
Experience with MS Office Suite
Experience with Canva
Strong organizational skills
Ability to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and work with a demanding team
Attention to detail and accuracy with consistent follow-through
Preferred
Experience with Youtube preferred but not required
