Responsibilities
15+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of Technical Architect with a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
Should have developed architecture and design for multiple client engagements aligning to their business needs
3+ years of experience in architecting and designing systems on Force.com platform
Led 2 – 3 architecture and consulting engagements
Build, deploy, and monitor AI agents using Agentforce Activator and pre-built skills for various roles and industries
Implement agentic workflows for automation and decision-making
Utilize Prompt Builder, Prompt Store, and Agent Library for creating reusable AI workflows
Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), data masking/demasking, and toxicity detection for secure AI operations
Work with Agentforce for Developers in VS Code and Code Builder powered by CodeGen and xGen-Code models
Use AI-powered tools for text-to-code generation, code explanation, test case creation, and debugging
Responsible for Architecture and high-level solution design
Define development guidelines and test execution plans
Guide the Scrum Master and Technical Leads on technical dependencies and activity sequencing within the project
Will also be hands on in delivering the requirements
Thoroughly understand Object Oriented Concepts and MVC framework
Prior experience in other OOPS technologies like Java, .net needed
Experience in multiple end to end implementations of Salesforce.com
Good understanding of different Salesforce products – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force,LWC,HTML,CSS, Javascript SOQL, SOSL and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch
Hands on work experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and other integration aspects are desirable
