SaaS Account Executive
Smarter Contact is the market-leading AI-powered communications platform for real estate professionals in the US market. They are seeking a SaaS Account Executive who will own the sales cycle and engage with decision-makers to close deals effectively.

Responsibilities
Own the sales cycle — from sales qualified lead to closed-won
Make daily 15-minute with real decision-makers (50+ per week once ramped)
Follow up like a machine and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Obsess over our product, customer use cases, and value props
Complete all CRM tasks daily: to-dos, emails, texts, calls — no exceptions
Proactively schedule outbound blocks to accelerate deals to close-won
Use phone, video, email, and text — whatever it takes to move the deal forward
Work directly with the VP of Sales, take coaching, and hit the ground running
Qualification
Required
5+ years of total SaaS sales experience, selling into SMBs
3+ years as an AE, with ownership of the closing process
A hands-on operator obsessed over excellence
Strong phone and video presence — you don't shy away from 50+ calls per week
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and KPI-aware
Excellent communicator, listener, and writer
Logical thinker with a bias toward structured execution
Able to work U.S. time zones, full-time
Self-starter mindset — you Google before you ask, and always show up with solutions
Team player, highly coachable, and positive attitude — always
Preferred
HubSpot, sales, or psychology certifications
Experience selling SaaS to real estate professionals or investors
