Responsibilities
Provide support for the transportation department in an accurate and timely manner
Learn and support the day-to-day operations of the Transportation Supervisor, gaining exposure to routing, compliance, scheduling, and operational decision-making
Analyze, document, and assist in improving the driver check-in process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and driver experience
Collaborate with Fleet and Transportation teams to develop and coordinate a Safety Blitz schedule, supporting safety initiatives and compliance efforts
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ year(s) educational experience and currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related studies
Maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0
Must live in or near Eastvale, CA
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environment
Effective task management
High level of motivation and adaptability
Great attitude and desire to learn and grow
