Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and remote tools
Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming phone-based support requests
Clearly communicate technical issues and resolutions to non-technical users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Support Windows desktop and server environments
Manage users, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory
Provide basic administration and troubleshooting for VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter)
Accurately document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system
Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership and communication
Meet SLA requirements in an MSP-driven support model
Qualification
Required
3+ years of IT Help Desk / IT Support experience
Previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience required
Proven experience providing phone-based technical support
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Experience working in ticketing systems and SLA-focused environments
