Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for integrating offers and in-app purchases into a unified, ML-optimized monetization funnel
Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to build and iterate on decision frameworks that determine when to show offers versus purchases
Collaborate with game developers to understand their monetization strategies and ensure solutions align with their goals and player expectations
Design experimentation frameworks to test and optimize objective functions focused on lifetime value and revenue
Balance monetization effectiveness with game economy health and player satisfaction across diverse game genres

Qualification

Required

Deep experience in game monetization, including in-app purchases, rewarded placements, and promotional offers
Proven track record working with machine learning systems for optimization and decision-making (recommendation engines, yield optimization, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize user flows, conversion funnels, and monetization metrics at scale
Strong understanding of game economies and how monetization impacts player experience and retention
Effective written and verbal communication with both technical teams and game developer partners

Preferred

Background in ad tech and rewarded advertising with familiarity in concepts like CPI offers and programmatic monetization
