Responsibilities
Design and coordinate site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and paving for large-scale campuses and building sites
Prepare technical reports and calculations (stormwater, earthwork, sewer/water demand)
Support permitting and zoning reviews for local/state agencies
Develop construction documents and technical specifications
Provide technical leadership and function as a project engineer or specialist on mid-size facility-focused projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in general civil engineering
Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Good verbal and written communication skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred
3+ years of civil site design experience, preferably on data center, healthcare, industrial, or institutional building sites
Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D (earthwork, surfaces, profiles)
Familiarity with tools like OpenFlows a plus
