Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
Sourcing candidates to onboarding top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
Develop talent pipelines
Implement best hiring practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and employer branding
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Strong understanding of hiring laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
Skilled in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
Preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus
Experience in HR consulting, executive search, or talent management is a plus
