Workday HRIS Benefits Analyst
Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Benefits Analyst III to support and optimize their Workday Benefits environment in a fully remote, temp-to-hire role. This position plays a key role in ensuring benefits accuracy, compliance, and seamless system performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support Workday Benefits modules (Health, Welfare, Retirement, ACA)
Lead annual Open Enrollment setup, testing, execution, and audits
Manage EDI files and benefits integrations with third-party vendors
Troubleshoot benefits-related system issues and business processes
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA requirements
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors on benefits system initiatives
Support benefits reporting and ongoing system enhancements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of HRIS experience with deep expertise in Workday Benefits
Strong hands-on experience with Open Enrollment and EDI management
Solid understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Workday Pro Benefits certification is a plus
