Responsibilities
The Office Manager helps will provide excellent service to our customers with services such as answering incoming calls, providing customers information, check cashing, lottery ticket sales, utility payments, money orders, and refunds
Provide friendly and attentive customer service as well as the day to day operations of the department and supervise the department team
Handle the processing of balancing store cash funds, preparing deposits and maintaining appropriate cash on hand levels
Ensure office equipment is maintained and in working order
Complete all necessary paperwork relating to Bookkeeping and Service Desk Department
Provide training, development and scheduling of Office/Service Desk associates
Be assigned other duties and responsibilities by the Store Manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma - General Studies
2-5 years of relevant and general office experience
Excellent organizational skills
Personable disposition
Flexibility in handling day-to-day routines
Strong, reliable support for the Store Manager
Ability to create procedures and communicate them storewide
Ability to nurture a positive work environment
Customer service skills
Office work experience
Ability to handle physical tasks such as sitting, standing, kneeling, walking, and bending
