Responsibilities
Creating an all-around enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
Welcoming and greeting customers when entering or leaving the store
Listening to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need
Displaying and organizing products in a store for the customers to locate easily
Examine the sales floor to ensure merchandise is well-stocked and well-maintained
Process business transactions, handle cash, process debit/credit cards
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be 18+ years or older
Complete a pre-employment background check
Preferred
Customer satisfaction-oriented
Customer service experience in retail stores a plus
Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours
Ability to create a smooth and fulfilling shopping experience
