Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the Transatlantic Trade Lane sales strategy, including market analysis, pricing insights, and continuous improvement to respond to changing market conditions
Drive revenue growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts between the USA and assigned countries
Collaborate closely with Commercial/Sales teams to provide market updates, rates, customer solutions, and overall sales support, ensuring alignment across regions
Develop and maintain key customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through account oversight, effective communication, and acting as liaison between customers and operations
Manage sales processes and reporting, including timely bid submissions, creating quotations/proposals, maintaining CRM data, and preparing weekly/monthly sales reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 10 years of related experience in sales, marketing, project development, and customer service
Proven track record of increasing sales year over year
Minimum six years of sales experience in freight forwarding
