Responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy aligned with program and business objectives
Establish QA standards, processes, and governance for manual and automated testing
Define and track quality KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and continuous improvement
Serve as the primary point of accountability for overall product quality
Evaluate, select, and implement test automation tools for functional, regression, and performance testing
Design and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, higher-quality releases
Ensure automation solutions are aligned with modern cloud and enterprise architectures
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing QA / Quality Engineering team
Foster a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to embed QA early in the SDLC
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management for QA resources
Qualification
Required
Experience in defining and implementing QA strategies aligned with program and business objectives
Ability to establish QA standards, processes, and governance for manual and automated testing
Experience in defining and tracking quality KPIs and metrics for effectiveness and continuous improvement
Accountability for overall product quality
Experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing test automation tools for functional, regression, and performance testing
Ability to design and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks
Experience in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of modern cloud and enterprise architectures
Experience in building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing QA / Quality Engineering team
Ability to foster a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement
Experience in collaborating closely with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to embed QA early in the SDLC
Experience in providing coaching, guidance, and performance management for QA resources
