Responsibilities

Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss
Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations
May supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team
Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking
May be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Advanced knowledge of banking productsBilingual in SpanishEnglishCustomer service skillsBalancing skillsCross-selling bank products

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, or successful completion of company approved training
Advanced knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures
Must have solid balancing and customer service skills
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
