The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, disclosure agreements, development agreements, and commercial leases
Significant contract review, drafting and negotiation
Manage transactions from inception to closing with extensive client contact and minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing in North Carolina
10+ years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong background in complex transactions
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Preferred
South Carolina bar is preferred but not required
