Responsibilities

Oversees project progress, status, budget, and resource utilization for multiple projects to ensure projects stay on track. Notifies Project Manager concerning any deviations from plan

Works with Project Manger(s) to identify and plan resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget

Communicates project status to project leaders and stakeholders on a regular basis

Administers execution of the project plan and schedule for rolling out a new or modified system or product, creating system documentation such as documentation manual, FAQs, and user’s guide

Schedules and facilitates the kick-off meeting for each project, communicating purpose of the project, as well as project status meetings. Helps project team establish milestone date and tracks that milestones are met

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, IS or related field

Minimum three years of experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment

Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings

Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position

Preferred

Prior experience in administration of ERP systems, specifically Workday highly preferred
