Responsibilities

Provide support for a variety of computing hardware, including Windows laptops, Zebra scanguns, Xerox and Zebra printers, and Meraki networking equipment

Provide support for a range of Windows and OSX software, including Office 365, Netsuite, Okta, Zoom, Adobe, and custom WMS software

Work with other team members to resolve a range of helpdesk tickets in support of hardware and software throughout the company

Be part of a team that providers urgent support after hours when needed, including being part of an on call rotation

Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of company employees, both in person and remote

Researches changes in operating and application systems and is proactive in helping determine the benefits of features or solutions

Inventory of spare components and effectively communicating needs before depleting inventory

Works with the team to conduct continuous research and analysis into the nature, effect and results of current and future technology which will improve the overall technology deployment at the distribution center

Required

Minimum 5 years relevant experience supporting technology operations

Requires a good knowledge of Windows 11 operating system

Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in fast moving environment
