Responsibilities
Develop and maintain department-wide and stakeholder-facing dashboards and automations. Assist with preparation of data visualizations and materials for board/audit committee and executive reporting. Identify opportunities to enhance insights and information presented to senior leaders
Oversee and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects that support IAS’s strategic initiatives, particularly as it relates to reporting, technology, and automation
Perform analysis of Internal Audit data leveraging systems such as Tableau and PowerBi, identifying correlations and trends to enable decision making and bring new ideas for consideration based on knowledge of IAS’s work
Collaborate with leadership and crew to consistently improve data quality, reporting, data analysis, and technology across teams. Confidently challenge data and assumptions, engage in constructive conversations with stakeholders, and translate feedback into clear, actionable improvements
Build strong relationships with IAS partners across all levels and teams. Maintain and leverage relationships with internal and external business partners and professional organizations to stay informed about industry trends and developments
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years related work experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Proven ability to build and maintain data dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or PowerApps
Experience in audit, SOX, or risk management, with a strong understanding of internal controls and assurance practices
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Passion for leveraging data to enhance audit effectiveness and transparency
Preferred
Audit, SOX, and/or risk experience preferred
