Art direct individual cards, sets, and thematic content
Work directly with illustrators and vendors on briefs and feedback
Ensure artwork meets style, quality, and print requirements
Collaborate with Design, Narrative, and Production partners
Support iteration, revisions, and post-release updates
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of professional art direction or illustration experience
Experience working on games, collectibles, or premium visual products
Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration, layout, or art direction work
Familiarity with print production and digital asset delivery
Strong artistic judgment and attention to detail
Ability to give clear, constructive feedback to artists
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Passion for trading card games, collectibles, and visual design
