Retirement Plan Solutions Assistant
Renasant Bank is seeking a Retirement Plan Solutions Assistant to assist in the day-to-day administration of Retirement Plan Solution accounts. The role involves providing support to advisors, processing participant transactions, and handling various administrative duties.

Responsibilities
Provide daily support to Retirement Plan Solutions Advisor, Managing Director/Director as needed
Process participant distributions
Process participant contributions
Track receipt of participant contributions and loan payments
Communicate with Plan Sponsors regarding various Plan matters as needed
Responsible for various administrative duties such as ordering supplies, preparing REC forms, preparing reports/packets for meetings/proposals, account reconciliation and other duties as needed
Scan RRPS documentation into IS View
Assist plan participants daily via phone or email correspondence
Assist auditors as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products including outlook, word, and excel
Must be a motivated self-starter who can resolve problems with a minimum of supervision
Excellent verbal communication skills demonstrating the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with internal and external clients
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
