Sales Operations Manager - Full-Time

Responsibilities

Define and execute sales operations strategies aligned to commercial, government, and strategic project goals; develop pipeline and profitability models to support pricing, prioritization, performance, and compliance
Oversee bid scraping and monitoring across federal, state, and local procurement portals; ensure timely RFP/RFQ distribution and maintain government contracting compliance and reporting standards
Identify, track, and prioritize milling, paving, and construction opportunities across public and private sources in partnership with sales teams
Coordinate trade show strategy, logistics, lead capture, and ROI analysis; collaborate with Marketing on customer growth campaigns, pipeline impact, and performance reporting
Design and refine scalable sales processes across all channels, including workflows for government bid submissions and documentation
Own forecasting models, pipeline analysis, and performance dashboards; provide actionable insights to leadership and support Finance with revenue forecasting, recognition, and compliance
Lead CRM (Salesforce) configuration, data integrity, and adoption; integrate bid and project tracking tools and ensure clean lead handoff and reporting across Sales and Marketing
Partner with Finance and HR to manage and administer incentive programs for commercial and government sales teams

Required

College Degree
5 years' experience with sales operations / marketing
1- 2 years' experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite
Builds and executes scalable sales operations aligned to commercial, government, and strategic growth goals
Manages public sector procurement processes, bid workflows, and regulatory requirements
Develops pipeline, profitability, and forecasting models to drive pricing and prioritization decisions
Oversees Salesforce configuration, data integrity, integrations, and adoption across sales teams
Partners effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Data teams to drive alignment and execution
