Responsibilities
Define and govern architecture for Skylark (EIS Suite) implementation across multiple brands
Architect multi-tenant configurations supporting brand-specific requirements while maintaining enterprise standards
Ensure scalability for 3× growth in policy volume and operational capacity
Establish API-first and microservices-based integration patterns for policy, billing, and claims workflows
Enable secure partner and payment ecosystem integrations aligned with compliance frameworks. (Stripe, and JPM)
Integrate Earnix for advanced rating and pricing strategies
Define architecture for dynamic pricing models and real-time rating services
Map insurance workflows to SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, Quebec Law 25, and NAIC standards
Support audits and ensure architectural alignment with regulatory requirements
Develop future-state insurance architecture roadmap aligned with IPH’s digital transformation goals
Partner with business and technology leaders to drive adoption and maturity of Skylark and Earnix capabilities
Champion automation and AI-driven underwriting and claims processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years in enterprise architecture; 10+ years in insurance technology
Deep expertise in policy administration systems (EIS or similar)
Proven experience in legacy-to-modern migration and multi-tenant architectures
Strong knowledge of insurance processes (underwriting, rating, billing, claims)
Familiarity with Earnix and dynamic pricing strategies
Insurance industry experience required
Preferred
pet insurance experience is a plus
