Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring optimal performance of all systems and infrastructure

Manage and support enterprise-wide networks including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and remote access solutions to guarantee reliable connectivity

Lead the administration and maintenance of servers

Oversee database management using Microsoft SQL Server and other database solutions; ensure data integrity, security, and disaster recovery planning

Provide desktop support, technical troubleshooting, and user assistance across various platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and JobBoss

Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures including network security protocols, firewalls, Active Directory management, and information security policies to safeguard organizational data

Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement, licensing compliance, and service agreements

Maintain compliance with NIST standards for IT service management; oversee incident management, change management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Conduct regular system audits; manage backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity

Lead cross-functional projects involving software development, network engineering, server management, and infrastructure upgrades with strong leadership and organizational skills

Required

Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; proficient in virtualization technologies including VMware vSphere

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls; expertise in LAN/WAN design and implementation

Proven ability to manage databases using Microsoft SQL Server; skilled in SQL query optimization and database security practices

Deep understanding of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DHCP), Linux systems administration, IIS web server management, and remote access software

Excellent leadership skills with supervising experience in fast-paced environments; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards

Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams; adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear language

Knowledge of business continuity planning strategies; adept at disaster recovery planning to minimize downtime during incidents

Skilled in software development and automation tools such as PowerAutomate and PowerBI. Familiar with automation tasks to increase operational efficiency
