Territory Manager (Flooring Experience Preferred)
Titan Surfaces is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base within a designated territory in Florida, focusing on building relationships with clients and driving sales through effective territory management strategies.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets
Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
Manage existing customer accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales roles, preferably in flooring or a similar industry
Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
Proficiency in using software tools
Ability to conduct effective cold calling techniques to generate leads
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
