Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform, and they are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to two senior Trading Card Games executives. This role is critical for ensuring the TCG leadership team operates efficiently in a fast-paced, creative, and growing environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for two senior TCG executives

Manage content flow, communications, and information to ensure executives are well-prepared

Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries

Prepare and submit expense reports

Organize and support staff meetings, business reviews, and leadership meetings

Act as a point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders

Provide administrative support to additional senior leaders as needed

Prepare presentation decks and assist with project coordination for key initiatives

Support department-wide initiatives, offsites, and events

Perform administrative tasks including drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents

Support ad hoc requests and special projects as required
