Responsibilities

Define and own the overall visual identity and art direction for the TCG
Lead and scale the art direction and illustration teams
Establish long-term art roadmaps across sets, products, and formats
Partner with Design, Brand, Licensing, and Production to align creative vision
Ensure art quality, consistency, and innovation across physical and digital products
Represent Art Direction at the executive level and with external partners and licensors

Required

Minimum 10 years of professional art direction or game art experience

Exceptional visual taste and creative leadership
Deep understanding of illustration pipelines, print production, and digital delivery
Strong cross-functional communication and executive presence
Ability to balance creative ambition with production realities
