Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial insurance production
100% hunter
Self-sourced a minimum of 90% of total book of business
Proven ability to prospect, close, and retain, mid-market, or large commercial clients (preferably 75k-1M premium)
Strong knowledge of risk management, underwriting, and carrier relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build and scale
Extensive network in industries like construction, logistics, manufacturing, HVAC, etc
