Key Account Manager
Thompson Safety is seeking a Key Account Manager to promote and sell company services through direct client contacts. The role focuses on generating revenue growth within an assigned customer base while building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop growth strategy and initiate contact with assigned customers through sales phone calls, cold calling, and onsite meetings
Introduce additional Crane services to potential clients and build and maintain ongoing relationships
Work with clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products and services
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Four-year college degree, preferred or success as a Service Representative
1-3 years previous experience in sales or service industry
Solid sales experience
Strong client-facing skills and effective at selling to executives, owners, or other decision-makers
Entrepreneurial and goal-driven focus
Excellent verbal and written communication
Plans, organizes, and uses time efficiently and effectively
Dependable, follow instructions, responds to management direction
Maintains a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability pass a drug and background check
