Responsibilities

Deliver a unique and positive experience for visitors to the solution centers
Achieve solution center’s goals through accurate transaction processing and tailored client solutions
Embody LINK’s values of LIVE, INTEGRITY, NURTURE, and KNOWLEDGE in daily activities
Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to learn while delivering top-notch client service
Handle various client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account openings, via in-person, drive-thru, phone, or a mobile/online
Manage and log mail, night depository, and ATM deposits as needed
Ensure compliance with Retail Operations Guidelines for record-keeping and audits
Accurately complete Currency Transaction Reports and Reg CC Forms
Balance cash drawers and vault daily and maintain accurate audit records
Order and manage cash and coin shipments to/from the Federal Reserve
Order and manage supplies used in the Solution Centers
Help train new employees and interns
Enhance the sales process by reviewing client profiles and referring clients for additional services
Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes
Perform additional tasks as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
Basic understanding of bank products and services
Adherence to policies and procedures
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Windows
Excellent client service skills with patience and empathy
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
Regular and Predictable attendance
Clear verbal communication and comprehension
Ability to operate office equipment and computer terminals
Capable of standing or walking for extended periods
Sufficient vision for computer work
Coordination and lifting up-to 20 pounds as necessary
Ability to travel to various bank locations as needed

Preferred

Prior teller experience or at least 1 year of cash handling and client service experience
