Required
At least three years of experience on an apartment community with two years as Assistant Community Manager
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week, as needed to post rent
Valid Driver's License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable
