IT Support Specialist – Mac & M365 Environment
SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with a strong background in MacBook support within a Microsoft 365 environment. The role involves providing tier 1 support for macOS devices, ensuring optimal performance, and managing Microsoft 365 applications for end-users.

Responsibilities
Provide tier 1 support for macOS devices, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
Configure, deploy, and maintain MacBooks using Kandji or other mobile device management (MDM) tools
Mostly provide MacBook device installation and/or uninstallation services
Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
Manage user accounts, licenses in Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on MacBooks and escalate complex problems as necessary
Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees including provisioning/deprovisioning of hardware and software
Document support processes, maintain asset inventory, and ensure compliance with company IT policies
Collaborate with the broader IT team on projects and initiatives that impact end-user computing
Qualification
Required
At least 1 years' experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role, primarily focused on macOS
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 apps and services
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and identity/access management
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently
Team works play required and excellent communication and customer service
Preferred
Knowledge of Jamf for device management
Experience with Kandji or other mobile device management (MDM) tools
