Director - MAED Program, School Psychology

Responsibilities

Reviewing and approving timesheets for adjuncts and managing related trackers and communication
Participating in marketing/recruitment efforts, such as Information Sessions and program nights
Attend regular director meetings to plan for future growth and development
Overseeing curriculum building and maintenance, including online course design and monitoring all program updates in Canvas, the MAED Handbook, and the university website
Managing CTC accreditation documentation, specifically for the School Psychologist Performance Expectations (PPSP) and WASC curriculum mapping
Supervising all program adjunct instructors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Hiring new adjunct faculty (reviewing CVs and conducting initial interviews)
Staffing courses each term and managing the Adjunct Pool
Monitoring the work of SMEs, advising on content updates, and collecting/analyzing student evaluation data for course improvement
Providing instructional and technology support to instructors, acting as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for all School Psychology courses
Completing annual adjunct faculty evaluations (IPDs)
Coordinating fieldwork, which involves training supervisors, orienting new students, and managing the fieldwork tracking system
Addressing student issues, including meeting with instructors/advisors and communicating with the Senior Director and Dean
Provide consistent, year-round instruction for the program's fully online course offerings
