Responsibilities

Performing preventive maintenance and repair on a variety of gasoline and diesel powered equipment; including light and heavy-duty vehicles, construction and maintenance equipment, and aerial trucks
Diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and powertrain systems or components

Required

High school graduation or equivalency
2-4 years' experience. Considerable previous experience required in the same or similar previous positions
Work requires heavy physical exertion and effort
Valid Arizona Class “B” Driver's License within 6 months of hire
Possession of 4 Automotive Service Excellence (A.S.E.) Certificates, or ability to obtain within 1 year after hire

Preferred

A solid automotive or heavy-duty equipment repair background
Welding and/or fabrication experience
A desire to further one's technical skills in a team learning environment and work on a variety of equipment
