Responsibilities
Reviews Internet Banking secure message contact changes
Performs account clean up
Assists branches to service customers
Assists branches with account maintenance questions
Performs monthly reviews of Credit Cards
Performs maintenance on various accounts
Opens new lead accounts
Coordinates branch supply orders
Processes charge off disputes
Reviews overdrawn accounts and requests
Assists branches and external customers with charged off accounts
Assists with administration of daily ODP program processing; and
Completes and performs any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Good organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good interpersonal communication and computer skills
Highly attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
