Determine each customer’s needs for home protection and craft the best solution
Use a consultative sales approach to educate customers on our solutions
Win customers over and provide the ultimate customer experience on every conversation

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of recent and continuous sales experience
Driven – you are self-motivated and driven by the earning potential in an uncapped commission environment
Engaging personality – you love connecting with people, take pride in understanding their needs and strive to always exceed their expectations
Persuasion – you love the challenge of getting the close; you can think on your feet and are adept at overcoming any and all objections
Growth – you want to be in control of your own earning potential and are interested in growing your career
Longevity and a strong history of award-winning sales success

Preferred

Experience in financial, insurance, mortgage, telecom or admissions phone sales preferred
