Responsibilities

Prepare schedules and workpapers

Assist with the monthly and quarterly accounting close

Complete processes such as bank and mortgage reconciliations

Run and distribute reports

Prepare cash receipt and vendor request forms

Prepare lender packages

Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualification

Required

Minimum of an associate's degree in accounting

Strong MS Office skills

At least 2 years of strong bookkeeping and reconciliation experience
