Encompass full case management from inception to settlement or trial
Collect, process, and manage discovery utilizing eDiscovery software
Prepare medical summaries and chronologies
Take on some billable work without the pressure of billing requirements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with case management and eDiscovery software
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
