Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement
Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances
Qualification
Required
Associates - Nursing; Or - Diploma - Nursing
RN (Registered Nurse); Or - APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Cardiovascular)
Preferred
Bachelors - Nursing
PALS (Pediatric)
