Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care
Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations
Proven success in lease-up and occupancy growth
Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
Entrepreneurial drive and passion for serving seniors
Preferred
Licensed Ohio nursing home administrator
