Ensuring the division meets its closing and sales goals while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes

Scheduling, maintaining, and managing all closings for the division

Making sure every detail is accounted for and deadlines are met

Managing the flow of department information

Handling reporting, scheduling, and coordinating meetings to keep everyone aligned and informed
