Responsibilities
Develop and implement Schwab’s Trading and other portfolio capabilities with focus on APIs in partnership with senior stakeholders and end users
Collaborate cross-functionally with other Product Managers in Digital Wealth Platforms, technology leads and architects
Build a product roadmap to articulate and drive the priorities
Create a release plan in coordination with the scrum team and other lines of business
Manage development efforts and technology scrum teams: writing user stories, refining the backlog, and working with other teams
Define test plans and acceptance criteria and oversee end to end testing
Provide timely and proactive production support to users
Qualification
Required
7+ years of product management / product development
Strong Trading/Portfolio Management within Financial Services
Experience implementing digital experiences using Agile development practices leading multiple teams as Product Manager
Preferred
Experience with Wealth Management is preferred
Knowledge of Schwab products, services and support systems is a plus
Working knowledge of Aladdin Integration is a plus
Bachelor and post graduate degrees are a plus
Self-starter with strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills
A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to make decisions and progress in the face of ambiguous and at times overlapping priorities
