Manage the full title and escrow closing process from start to finish
If necessary, prepare, review, and balance closing disclosures and settlement statements
Work directly with lenders, realtors, buyers, and sellers to ensure seamless closings
Handle title processing, curative work, and issue resolution efficiently
Deliver exceptional client service and communication throughout each transaction
Leverage your existing relationships to grow your own territory and increase order volume
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in title, escrow, or closing
Proven track record of managing and closing transactions independently
Strong communication and follow-through with agents, lenders, and clients
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
Active state licensing (varies by state)
Preferred
Existing book of business or strong network of referring partners
Experience with Qualia or similar title software
