Responsibilities
Lead projects related to Salesforce, which include process improvements, change requests, and Go-To-Market initiatives
Work with business units to define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and expectations, and to report potential conflicts to management for evaluation
Develop, manage, and maintain the detailed project schedule throughout the project life cycle, assuming complete ownership of all aspects of the project delivery
Identify project priority conflicts and report any issues affecting overall project delivery
Work as a key interface point for business stakeholders, project submitters, and the development team to identify, discuss, and resolve any issues related to functional system delivery
Communicate and lead meetings to provide project status to stake holders and executives
Provide timely support to Salesforce users and become the SME for Salesforce process and procedures
Supporting ad hoc projects and report requests as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or advanced Salesforce user
3+ years of experience in managing projects related to Salesforce
Understand complex Salesforce environment
Excellent customer service and people skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Self-starter, takes initiative, and can work without supervision
Effectively communicate with interpersonal skills
Salesforce Admin certification or similar experience
Detail-oriented, strong business acumen, deadline-focused
Proactive mentality on process improvements and issue resolutions
Preferred
CPQ experience is a plus
Experience working with Agile methodologies
