Responsibilities

Create and maintain contacts/accounts, clean data for bulk uploads, and ensure accuracy of incoming data
Generate list codes and request appeal codes as needed
Regularly input data into Salesforce, manage duplicates, and maintain database cleanliness
Assist with uploading and downloading data through Salesforce and troubleshoot errors for smooth processing
Collaborate with Database Analysts to cleanse and compile data
Support large-scale data normalization and processing projects
Oversee inventory, shipping materials, and distribution
Process payment requests and ensure timely approvals
Support special projects
Review student applications for completeness and accuracy
Ensure required documentation is submitted and meets program standards
Maintain and update admissions records in the database

Required

1 years' experience working within any CRM (Entry is fine) or basic knowledge of Salesforce.com
Intermediate knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
Interest in learning new technologies, including educational portals, and process automation tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet tight deadlines with flexibility
High energy, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
